RETURN POLICY

General Return Terms
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the original place of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement.

A. For Items Purchased at caselogic-laptop.com:

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased via caselogic-laptop.com
  • Items must be returned within 30 days in “as-new” condition with original packaging and all accessories
  • Case Logic provides a prepaid UPS return label
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement

Return Process:

  1. Visit our online Returns Center to obtain a prepaid shipping label
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
  3. Drop off at any UPS location

B. For Other Purchase Scenarios:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items not purchased at caselogic-laptop.com
